I had an incredible facial and BB Glow with Izzy at BelsBeauty. Such a relaxing environment and I felt super comfortable for the duration of my treatment. Wow wow wow, took me till now to be lucky enough to find the most incredible nail expert in Norwich. Izzy SAVED my clumpy built up sad biab nails from a previous place, and took so so much time and care to keep them long and strong, with a russian mani and hard gel, to transform them to the most perfect nails I’ve ever had. I didn’t know they could ever look this good, and I’ve been having my nails done for 15 years! Izzy is also an absolute sweetheart and I had the best time being there with her, which for me is super important and lovely 🫶🩷

I have had such a wonderful treatment with Tiana today. This is the first time I have tried reflexology and it was incredible. Tiana’s massage was amazing and she is unbelievably knowledgeable in what she does. I cannot recommend her high enough and I cannot wait to go back again. The location of the therapy rooms at Ketteringham Hall was just beautiful and very therapeutic. Thank you so much!

First visit to Bels Beauty where I was made to feel welcome by Izzy. Very comfortable salon and Izzy is particular and takes great care to make the experience a good one. Thank you for your patience especially as I took so long to choose a colour 🥴 I will certainly make further appointments.

Such a great experience , the private salon felt so cozy and luxurious , Bel was so sweet and overall good vibes, she’s very invested in her clients and their happiness. She is also incredible at her job,I can honestly say she has saved my nails . Already can’t wait to go back, not just for new nails but for the experience.

Tiana was very welcoming and knowledgeable and gave a great massage that helped me feel better.
