This was the second Japanese head massage I have had by Rachel. Rachel is very polite and friendly as well as professional. The head spa is so relaxing and the cleanse prevents my hair falling out. I highly recommend anyone thinking about getting one to do i!. I will be booking in for another one in 12 weeks time 😍.

Sophie knows exactly what I want. Now got my hair in perfect condition and back to a Bob after painstakingly growing out a short cut.
