I had a facial by tegan and alls i can say is wow! what a lovely experience. Tegan was very knowledgable and let me know what products she was using and what benefits these would have on my skin. She made sure i was comfortable at all times and ensured that i was happy with what was going on throughout the process. She then also recommended products for me to use after the appointment and gave a free sample of an spf. A really relaxing treatment done by a lovely girl. Great communication and i can’t wait to have another. Thank you so much !💗

Becky amazing as always with her facials. What I love about them is she is so thorough. Red light therapy really suits my sensitive skin & dermaplaning doesn’t irritate it. These facials will continue to be a permanent feature on my calendar 🥰

Overall, everything was good, I loved my facial. I enjoyed the electric blanket and even doozed off a bit. I didn't appreciate was being asked if I wanted a hair wrap and when I said "Yes", it was handed to me to put it on by myself. Usually, the staff have always done this as standard practice. I've never had to wear it myself. It takes away from a pampering experience if as a client I have to put the head wrap on by myself. It felt odd to me. Thank you.

Brilliant and relaxing experience. Kate was so welcoming and really looked after me. The room was really comfortable, the massage pressure was perfect and the facial was soothing. There’s plenty of parking available and the location was easy to find.
