Thankyou so much for my facial today, it was just what I needed after a stressful couple of weeks. Sophie's technique is really lovely and her attention to detail is second to none. I feel at home in Mirror Mirror, the staff are really great they make you feel at ease and have lovely conversation. I would recommend to friends and family to go there. It's different from other places in Shrewsbury because of the atmosphere and the treatments are unpretentious and affordable. It's also very clean and has a great choice of treatment available. The owner Viv is so lovely, genuine and so helpful!

Claire is absolutely amazing. I have switched from my previous nail and brow salon due to the luxurious experience, Mirror Mirror offers to their customers. The girls have class, they're dedicated to their craft and they're very polite - all attributes someone expects from a Shrewsbury nail and brow bar.

Had my second lot of treatments today with Amy. I had the lava shells relax back and the divine glow express facial. Amy was very professional throughout and made sure I was comfortable during the treatments provided. Both these treatments were so relaxing and left me feeling rejuvenated and amazing! I visited Fran today for her new Cosmos Facial and it’s my favourite treatment I’ve had so far! I feel so relaxed and at peace right now. My skin feels plump, smooth and hydrated but not oily. Fran tailored the treatment to my needs and focused on a calming and restorative experience. I am quite an anxious person at the moment and struggle to be still and quiet because my brain usually starts racing a million miles an hour but Fran and her treatments have a special magic that slows my brain and allows me to feel at peace, focusing only on the moment, leaving me feeling grounded and restored.

Adela completed my facial treatments yesterday and she was very informative throughout and advised me on what skincare steps I should be taking. Before each step adela would explain step by step what she was doing. She’s very professional and calming which makes the appointment much more relaxing. Very very happy with my results, my skin has never looked so hydrated and clear. 100% recommend and will be coming back 👏👏

After my facial with Fran I feel so relaxed and centred. The scents she used were amazing and I felt so calm & cosy throughout. Never mind the glow my skin has now. I can’t wait to return, hopefully for a massage next time.

I have had an incredible massage and facial with the lovely Fran this afternoon . Fran is so professional throughout the whole process. I have never experienced such amazing facial in my life . The massage was beautiful . Her salon is gorgeous and so relaxing and all the lovely smells are wonderful I would highly recommend Fran From start to finish she was just so lovely to be around. First time having a facial treatment and Georgia was just amazing. So professional and making sure the treatment was the correct and best treatment for my skin. Georgia was also so calm and friendly throughout visit. I cannot recommend enough.

Been coming for about 14 months now for a back neck and shoulder massage and express facial. Shayla works really hard to release the knots in my shoulders - no mean feat. Great treatments. Shayla happy to talk when I want to but respects the quiet time too. I have been for nail treatments too and have been really happy with all my treatments. Would recommend any of Shayla's treatment.

Another fab hair cut and colour by Destiny. Always a lovely atmosphere and great to catch up ladies x
