I recently had the Soundwave Facial (Tension Release Facial) and it was absolutely incredible! The treatment was so relaxing from start to finish -the exfoliation and massage instantly melted away tension, and the soundwave machine worked wonders on my tight muscles. I could feel a noticeable difference in my neck, back and face afterwards. The beauty therapist was amazing - so professional, warm and attentive throughout the whole session. I’ve just had a wonderful facial with Lorraine What makes it extra special is the use of natural, skin-friendly products – no harsh chemicals, just pure goodness. Simona was very professional and listening to my concerns. Although I already had dense eyebrows they weren’t very symmetrical, which was my concern. Simona has done a great job.

I visited sycamore beauty today for the first time for Reiki healing and a facial. The setting was so lovely and relaxing, attention to detail with ensuring you feel relaxed and comfortable. Suzanne is lovely and such a calm presence during the whole experience. I learnt a lot about myself and my skin and looking forward to going back!

I went to Brow and more Academy for my top-up combo brows and I cannot describe how happy I am with my new brows. I absolutely love them! Simon’s, who did my top-up, was amazing. She was calm, patient, and very understanding of me being deaf. She communicated clearly and explained the procedure well, which made me feel comfortable and confident. My brows now look full, soft, and the color matches me perfectly. I’m so happy with the result and highly recommend her and the clinic.
