The atmosphere at the cabin was serene and inviting. The treatments themselves were absolutely amazing! The Japanese head spa melted away tension I didn't even realise I was holding, and the facial was incredibly soothing and effective. My skin feels wonderfully hydrated and has a noticeable, healthy glow. A special thank you to Megan, who made the entire experience truly exceptional. Her skilled hands and calming presence made me feel completely relaxed and at ease. I left feeling not only rejuvenated but also incredibly peaceful. I highly recommend and will definitely be returning!

Had my first appointment at Remedi Medispa on 28th February. The clinic is very modern and welcoming. Kelly was very professional and friendly, and my wellness package was very pleasant experience. My skin feels radiant and plump. Look forward to my hydrafacial in four weeks .

I have had a couple of facials now with Megan and they have been the most amazing, relaxing experiences! She talks in depth beforehand about your skin and what you would like to achieve from the facial and then uses a range of products and equipment throughout it. Instant results afterwards with the cleanest, glowy skin 🧖‍♀️ Such a cosy and welcoming cabin and very professional treatments! So worth it and cannot wait to return 🩷🩷

I had a wonderful Tropic’s facial and felt completely relaxed throughout the entire appointment. Grace ensures that the consultation time is not rushed and demonstrates her knowledge of the products with ease, making it such an enjoyable experience. The products were chosen by us both and when applying, Grace would say which product was being used, something I really appreciated if I want to expand my own routine at home. I’ve been coming to Megan since she opened, I come every 4–6 weeks for facials, and every single time the experience is nothing short of incredible. On my most recent visit, I had microneedling and dermaplaning done to get rid of my facial fuzz — and as always, Megan worked her magic! She’s getting my skin wedding-ready for my big day in September, and there’s honestly no one else I would trust with such an important job. I experienced a bespoke Tropics facial, totally tailored to my skin, and it was amazing! Grace was very knowledgeable and explained the products passionately and I learnt so much. The process was super relaxing and my skin felt wonderful afterwards. It’s really worth the experience as the products are so unique and really do the job. Grace’s attention to detail makes sure it’s a truly special experience!

My treatment was a Mothers Day treat from my daughter. The massages was excellent but the facial was the best I have had. So much time and effort was put into it. Worth every penny and the whole experience was truly remarkable and look forward too my next one. Skin looked good and people re remarked on how good my face looked .

First time at Phoenix Beauty today, my usual place has recently relocated, so was looking for somewhere local, and found this appointment for an eyebrow wax easy to book on line. I was given a friendly welcome by Poppy, where I waited in the salon, that looked clean, bustling and well equipped. Poppy showed me through to one of the treatment rooms, ambient lighting and very comfortable couch. She took her time and we chatted the whole time. I am very happy with the results. Will be booking again and can highly recommend. Looking forward to trying maybe a facial or a massage. Thank you.

I was gifted a voucher from friends to use at Phoenix Beauty which I used today towards a massage and facial. Both treatments were great and the pamper I was after, thank you Poppy! Staff were also really helpful with arranging the appointment, I had misplaced my voucher however staff very kindly looked this up for me on their system and honoured the voucher even though I was a month or so past the expiry which I really appreciated! I will definitely be back for further treatments, thanks again x
