Shagol was amazing, she made me feel comfortable as I was very nervous with it being my first time. I also had a facial to deep cleanse my skin which was so relaxing I could have fallen asleep. We got a facial , threading and waxing walk- in appt. Bhoni did most of the work. She was very professional and her facial tech were traditional. She did waxing too and certainly knew what she was doing. However, the salon was not clean at all. One could see hair almost everywhere and on everything. The nail section was dusty , the floor was full of chopped hair. The facial room’s music was too loud.the lights were working. They charged quite a heavy amount , but the feel of customer-importance was missing. The noise from the reception very frequently disrupted the facial room.

This is my second time having dermaplaning and micro needling with Natalie. The treatment and results are great but it’s also all the other little things that Natalie does which truly makes it a non-negotiable. The cooling face mask, the ice globes and the hand massage are so relaxing and luxurious. I step out feeling like a new woman aesthetically and mentally! She is obviously knowledgeable and passionate, explaining why she is doing everything. Would again recommend and return!

I’ve been going to Ruby for 2 years now and I honestly haven’t trusted anyone like I do her. She’s so kind and incredibly talented, all treatments she’s done for me (makeup, LVL, facials and brow lamis) have all been perfect. An appointment with her boosts my confidence and I always look forward to seeing her! She makes me feel so comfortable and talks me through everything she does, making sure I’m completely happy & at the end she will ask if I want anything tweaking (I’ve never needed anything changing!!). Ruby’s a perfectionist and genuinely cares for all of her clients, she’s amazing!
