From the moment I walked in, I felt completely relaxed and at ease. The atmosphere was calm, soothing, and beautifully welcoming. Ella has such a natural sense of calmness that instantly puts you at peace. The massage and facial itself was incredible — deeply relaxing and exactly what I needed. I left feeling refreshed, balanced, and truly cared for. I couldn’t recommend Ella enough!

Ella was fantastic from start to finish. Very friendly and welcoming, great communication, lovely treatments. I had a fantastic full body massage and facial. Pure relaxation. Set in a beautiful and calming treatment room with water, tea & cookie for afterwards. The massage was especially great - I've had a few massages before and found Ella used some great techniques that I'd not experienced before that really get into your knots and relax your muscles. Definitely an expert when it comes to massage! Highly recommend and I'm sure I will be returning soon, thanks Ella! X

I just left Alisha's chair and I feel like a million dollars! I went in for a blow-dry and wanted it curled and she absolutely nailed it. My hair feels incredibly clean and soft, and the curls are perfectly bouncy and polished—exactly the look I was going for. Thank you for always delivering! Alisha has such a great eye for detail and made the whole experience so relaxing. If you want a stylist who really knows how to give you that perfect, long-lasting finish, she is the one to see. I’ll definitely be back

The whole experience was really good. Alisha made me feel very comfortable, advised me of a cut that would fit well with my hair type and listened to what I wanted colour wise. I love my haircut and the colour is lovely. Highly recommend!
