I have been coming to Vhari for years, since she started doing semi permanent makeup I jumped right on it, brows, eyeliner and lips. When I say she is talented this is such an understatement! Kayley made me feel at ease straight away, was the first time ever getting a Korean Lash Lift and Tint so I was a bit nervous, didn't know what to expect!
