I first went to TBV just after COVID - now it’s my go-to. I’ve had all kinds of waxing and laser too. Yvonne is amazing! She’s professional, but also puts you at ease. Quick and efficient, and the results are always fab. Would highly recommend. I will never go anywhere else in Chester for waxing. Thanks Yvonne and team!

I went for the back and scalp massage, with a mini facial to start off the week and it was so so relaxing! Anna is brilliant at creating a calm atmosphere from the moment you walk in! My vital eye facial with Tara was out of this world. I had been suffering with a cold/allergies and came out feeling like a different person. Tara relieved a lot of tension in my head as well as unblocked my sinuses. The treatment was so relaxing and I felt really comfortable with Tara. She’s very knowledgeable and recommended further treatments for future visits. Fabulous service as always from Yvonne. I book in regularly for combined eye, bikini wax and underarm wax. Now treating myself to a bespoke facial now and then. It really cleanses and brightens my skin and the products are amazing. Yvonne is so knowledgeable. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

I have been having my nails done by Rebecca for a few months now and, after trying most salons in Chester, I can honestly say this place is the best. The attention to detail and care taken over each nail is impressive. I can’t go anywhere else now as the quality here is amazing!

The facial cupping is a very relaxing treatment. The lymphatic drainage continues after too. As ever expertly administered by Fiona.
