She truly understands her craft and puts 110% into everything. I’d highly recommend Katie to anybody, not only was she knowledgeable she is a really lovely person too! I recently had Radio Frequency (RF) treatment with Katie at The Secret Salon. It’s a peaceful, tranquil space set in a beautiful garden, truly relaxing from the off. I wanted something non-invasive, and the procedure was comfortable and warm but never too hot. Afterward, I had an immediate "glow" and subtle lift; my skin looked tighter and more contoured, especially around my eyes and jawline. Been here a few times now and Eleanor is just amazing, very friendly and very chatty and always there to help and make you feel welcome I had just moved up here and had an appointment booked for my hair and then found out she does lashes too so decided to book in with her for those too and she’s just a gem 💎 honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else now as all the team are friendly!!! Wow, just wow! I am 32 weeks pregnant with our little miracle boy and when I saw that Andrea was offering pregnancy massages I mentioned her to family and got gifted a massage for my birthday.
