The best!!! I’ve never had any sort of treatment/facial but she was so lovely and made me feel at ease straight away. The room is so relaxing, clean and smelt amazing. Her knowledge on skin is incredible, she really knows what she’s talking about. Could not fault the experience at all, the most warm, welcoming and genuinely caring lady. I can honestly say that this was the best facial head neck and shoulder massage I’ve ever had. My sleeping has recently been very poor and after visiting Hayley I left feeling totally relaxed and rejuvenated and managed a blissful 2 hours sleep. I highly recommend Hayley
