All the therapists I've seen at Natural Balance have been excellent but Marion really is exceptional. She must have the strongest hands in Brighton and Hove, I always feel incredible afterwards.

Nancy recommended the new Hydro Jelly facial after my brow wax today and it was insane!!! It was cooling after the wax and my skin is glowing and super baby soft. Will definitely be coming back for more. I love that Nancy researches the new and trending beauty treatments to make sure she offers the best for her clients. Never a need to go elsewhere + she is the best lash lift technician in Brighton (and I’ve tried a few…)

I have been going to True Beauty Studio for a long time. When you find a place that delivers excellence and a lot of creativity then it’s a keeper! I can’t recommend Steph enough. She’s a true artist. I get amazing nail designs when I want fun nails and very smart, professional nail looks when I need to be in London for meetings. Steph is so friendly and the whole experience of having facials, eyebrow tints and waxing is like spending time with your best friend or your sister. True Beauty Studio has been brilliant for me. I feel ready for anything when I leave.

I purchased a Teen Facial for my daughter’s birthday, and it was such a lovely experience. My daughter found Lacey’s advice about a skincare routine really helpful – especially the reassurance that she doesn’t need harsh products or a 20-step skincare regime like the ones all over social media. She found the facial incredibly relaxing and felt completely comfortable throughout. It was such a positive introduction to proper skincare in a calm, age-appropriate way. I would highly recommend Lacey at cloud9 any teen who is looking to be introduced to skincare and facials properly & confidently. Xx

I’ve been coming to Nancy for years - her facials are the absolute best out there but today was something else. The bed is comfy, warm with an amazing weighted blanket - cosy lighting, relaxing music. Then comes the facial - NEXT LEVEL. Everything she does is brilliant, & now she’s added cryogenics - I swear you can feel your face depuffing there & then. But it’s her face massage, especially around the eyes, that I wait for - it’s the equivalent of someone telling you everything is going to be OK. I leave with amazing glowing skin, breakouts be gone & I feel like a new person. Book. In. Now!

It was my first time having any kind of facial and it will now be a regular service! Esmee was kind and consulted each step. Gave advice for ongoing skin care and was very gentle. My peach fuzz is gone and my skin feeing smooth and clear!

As always I had a great appointment with Emily today. We had an in-depth consultation to start with, we discussed various options for my needs. I feel totally confident in Emily’s knowledge and highly skilled hand. She is very reassuring and talks you through every step of the treatment. I had skin boosters and collagen injections today and a wonderful facial. I highly recommend Profile+aesthetics to anyone who feels the need for a freshen up or a reboot. It feels like a real treat every time I visit, knowing that I’m in safe hands. I look forward to my next appointment.

Amazing deep cleansing facial with Lilly. Advised the treatment for my skin type & the process then applied lovely soothing products; cleanser, exfoliating mask & facial peel and using steam to help my pores as I am blackhead/ acne prone. Lilly offered sebum extraction which was a minor discomfort all while massaging my face, “decollatage” and shoulder/ neck area as part of facial. She finished with SPF serum & moisturiser. My skin is now softer, glowy and brighter! And my acne inflammation really calmed no redness. I’m still glowing today. Great experience. Will be back!

A very relaxing massage and facial combo with Hettie! She got to all my knots, asked about my issue areas and made sure I was okay with the pressure used. Would love to go again!
