I’ve always bought Glow Room vouchers for friends and family, but this time I treated myself to a facial with Sophie. It was my first facial in over 20 years and it was wonderful. I left feeling refreshed, pampered, and glowing. After seeing the results a friend had, I then visited Abi, who is a fantastic and very knowledgeable prescriber. She immediately puts you at ease and makes you feel completely safe. To say I’m thrilled with the results is an understatement. I’ve gained a new level of confidence and it really shows. I’ve been going to Sophie for a few years now, and I honestly wouldn’t trust anyone else with my skin. Even with fewer treatments due to having baby, my skin has stayed in such good condition thanks to my skincare recommendations. She genuinely cares about achieving long-term results. Sophie is not only incredibly knowledgeable and talented, but she also has the most beautiful personality. She’s warm, kind & caring. I had brow lamination and tint and a Korean lash lift with Zoe and I honestly couldn’t recommend her enough 🤍 From the moment I arrived, the whole experience just felt like catching up with your bestie, it was so relaxed, comfortable and full of chats and laughs. Zoe is amazing at what she does and makes you feel completely at ease while still being so professional and attentive to every detail. I walked out feeling like the best version of myself! My brows and lashes have never looked so good!

I had lumi-tox microneedling with Sophie & it was amazing!! Sophie is so knowlegable and has got me hooked on microneedling and new skincare which has really improved my skin. Just had my first ever facial at 66!!! It was the Glow Infusion and it was heavenly. Abi talked me through everything. I felt so at ease throughout my treatment. The feeling of the ‘fan’ shaped brushes over my face was just incredible, and I loved the hot towels. Will definitely be back for more. Thank you sooo much Abi xx
