I had the most amazing hot stone sports massage! The room was calm and cosy, and Jo made me feel relaxed straight away. The stones were the perfect temperature and melted all the tension out of my shoulders and back. I left feeling light, calm, and refreshed. Jo is so great. I had a deep tissue massage on an old deep injury in my glute. Jo is the first person to identify it and give me relief. This is after 8 months of physio who only superficially worked on it. I think Jo has a real talent for really listening to you, so actually feel heard, and then she listens and talks to your body, First rate! 10 stars from me!

I can't recommend Jo highly enough. I've been having Cool Plasma facials for some time and the difference in my skin is amazing. The rosacea has virtually disappeared. Jo is also very knowledgeable about musclle and joint issues and is happy to spend time with you to ensure you book in for the right treatment. Lovely salon, lovely lady.

The treatment room is a lovely, tranquil and relaxing space. The treatments i treated myself to, massaqe and facial coupled with Jo's wide knowledge of the treatments is second to none. I have had several issues which Jo has worked on with me and she often finds areas needing treatment that I had not realized were part of my problems. I follow her recommended exercises imbetween appointments which motivate me to work on problem areas. I totally recommend Jo who delivers a calming and informative service and her gentle, welcoming approach makes everyone feel special.
