This was truly one of the top 5 spa experiences I have had in my 61 years of life. Amazing massage and facial. I did not want to leave! I cannot wait to be back in Vancouver to visit again. Rina was excellent!

Quite honestly the best massage I have ever had. Yumi read my muscle tension to the tee and the pressure was PERFECT for the entire treatment. I wish I would have found this place sooner as am not from Vancouver and this will be my last trip here for a while. Only thing that caught me off guard was the level of static in the massage table dressings. Pre and post massage experience were phenomenal.

My experience was absolutely wonderful! Rina was incredibly sweet, and the massage was both relaxing and refreshing. I also really enjoyed chatting with her about Japan and sharing some of my own stories—it made the visit feel even more special. The hospitality and service were outstanding. We did the couples combo korugi/kobido massage. Very relaxing that we fell asleep! We started off with an essential oil foot soak and was led to a couples for the massage. Was able to adjust pressure and overall very relaxing that I had to fight to stay awake. Massage ended in a separate tea room with a rice cracker and hot tea. Overall very pleased, will book again the next time we visit Vancouver!

2nd time in this spa. Is becoming a tradition to visit vancouver and visit this spa. Great service and the extra touch of beong able to use the pool and jacuzzi (of the hotel) are even better!!

Very quaint spa in downtown Vancouver. Anna was my masseuse and she was very cordial and skillful. My neck and shoulder tension greatly improved at the end of the session. I came here for a couple coconut oil massage with my partner to celebrate his birthday. After the treatment, we enjoyed a cup of refreshing treat and Japanese treat In a private, traditionally decorated room. Thank you Sanatio!

Honestly, THE best massage I’ve ever had! Mika was amazing and a great business owner. Would gladly come back here next time I’m in Vancouver. Get the Seitai massage, you won’t regret it! The Korean tea in the end was a nice touch to cap it off!

Adriana did my facial yesterday. She really did a perfect job on my face. I felt very relaxed and fresh when she was doing my facial. I already have very good experiences with all staff in Oasis. And I felt very good with all of them. But yesterday Adriana did my facial for first time and I really enjoyed. I recommend anyone who need to do facial, try it with Oasis facial clinic. I had a wonderful experience with , the facial KINUHIME MLD lift treatment. Rima was very professional and skilled, and the spa was clean and relaxing. From the moment I arrived, I was treated so well they placed my feet in warm water, which made me feel very comfortable and welcomed. After the treatment, they served tea, which was a lovely touch. I left feeling relaxed and refreshed. Highly recommend!
