The Somerset House Bespoke Facial with Sam was the best spa treatment i've ever had. The botanical aromas and the care put into my facial was above and beyond. My skin felt so taken care of, the treatment was tailored individually to me and where my skin was at that very moment. I’m a regular at Somerset House, but yesterday I tried something new - the 30 minute Collagen Facial with Sam. Wow, what a difference. My skin felt instantly smoother, firmer and noticeably refreshed, even in such a short treatment. Sam has such a skilled, calming touch and she explained everything in a way that made the whole experience feel both luxurious and personalized. I always enjoy my visits here, but this one truly stood out. I left glowing and my skin still feels amazing today. This one is definitely going to be part of my regular regimen. Highly recommend giving it a try!

The moment you walk through the doors of Somerset House, you will feel wrapped in calm. The ambiance is soothing and Sam’s touch is expert. The facials are tailored and personal. Also, the Somerset Moss products are game-changers. These products are pure, clean, and transformative. If I had one small suggestion, it would be to tweak the music. It felt a bit out of sync with the otherwise tranquil setting—something softer or more ambient might have matched the mood perfectly. I left Somerset House not just glowing, but grateful! I will definitely be back on a regular basis. Thank you!

Angela has created such an amazing space for self-care. My favorite facial is the Tight-N-Bright Rejuvenation- Noon facial. The sauna is great for an after work treat too. I highly recommend and looking forward to another facial in two weeks!

After moving to Powell River 2 years ago and checking out number of the day spas, this is my choice for facials with Angela, purchasing skin products and 'special' facials with Dr. Willem Jan De Flamingh. Corine is lovely, too! Oh, and the only reason I don't sue them for laser services is that I took the time about 10 years ago to do and I'm still stubble free! Take my advice, DO LASER, it's so worth it:-)
