Kamal, is very professional yet personable and has incredible experience dealing with black skin. I would rate her 10/10. I am so glad to have booked my appointment for my chin and neck. I can’t remember the last time I plucked my chin and neck hairs; my black spots are almost non-existent and my skin is definitely grateful for my sessions as I have stopped my incessant hair pulls from my chin and necks ☺️

My experience at Femme Laser Clinic in London, ON was excellent. The team provided great service, explained everything clearly, and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. I’m very happy with the results and would definitely recommend them to others.

I visit the London branch for my appointments and my technician, Komal (I hope I remember her right, if not sorry), always makes me feel safe and welcome. The challenge is communication—there’s no direct line to the branch, so rescheduling or late arrivals are difficult. Sometimes agents don’t relay messages as clearly as Komal, which impacts the experience. Also, since the branch is in a medical center that closes after 4, getting in can be frustrating as I need to call the main number, hope that an agent picks up, they have to let London branch know. The process really needs streamlining.
