I’ve followed Kristy to multiple locations across her career journey as she’s expanded her business for over 14 years and Magnolia House and the experience she had created has the highest level of customer experience, which is exactly on par with Kristy’s extensive hair experience. I can’t say enough good things about Nicole! She’s so kind and makes every appointment feel comfortable and easy. She’s incredibly thorough, and I’ve seen amazing results from her laser treatments—better than anywhere else I’ve been before. You can tell she genuinely cares about doing a great job, and her warm personality puts me at ease right away. I always leave feeling well cared for and grateful to be in such good hands. Another awesome facial from Rapi!

Had the most amazing facial from Nicole.. I tend to have sensitive skin and worry about breakouts especially after exfoliating. She used products that my sensitive skin loved. Her boutique spa is in a class of its own. Found my Zen and can’t wait for my next treatment!

Rapi is really good at what she does!! My facial and foot massage were amazing and so relaxing!

Kristy is great, she knows exactly what to do. So happy she is in Waterdown.
