It was my first hydra facial and She was very tentative and thorough on explaining with detail what she was doing and what products she was using on my face. I felt relaxed and at ease. I had my first time hydra facial with Kyla and i honestly can go on and on about the amazing experience I had when I first met her and spoke to her!
