The massage from Diana was 5 stars, very relaxing, thank you very much. However some constructive feedback: the noise that comes from users entering / leaving the spa area and then people using the changing rooms interrupts the overall experience. Diana had to stop my treatment twice to tend to noisy users (which she did very professionally), however perhaps there should be a better solution, like a door between the treatment space and changing rooms to minimise disturbance and more signs. As I said Diana was great, so would come back again.

Susell was so great! I took an one hour massage and the head massage at the end made me literally sleepy. I took the massage to get rid of stress and exhaustion, and it does definitely worth of every penny :)

The relaxation massage and spa were incredible! Diana, you are the best! Spa side is super cozy and made me really relaxed. Only thing is that if you like really silence, I would recommend to come weekdays. Otherwise when people come with partner or friends, they are talking a lot. Or when everybody is done, it might be hustle in upstairs for changing clothes etc. otherwise everything is great, thanks a lot!

Het sanctum heeft een heel fijne sfeer, de zachte muziek en geur helpen super te ontspannen. Met het zwembad erbij was het echt fantastisch. Alles is perfekt schoon. We konden heerlijk genieten! Klein Mini minpunt: de geleend badjassen zijn ein beetje klein.

Hot stone massage was heerlijk. Daarna nog lekker gezwommen en in de sauna geweest. Fijne ambiance. En dit alles op loopafstand van ons huis. Zeer vriendelijk personeel.

The spa is for the space extremely well designed. Offers the usual spa features with a gorgeous mix of Asian and European design and ambiance. Very clean and a fantastic option for a rainy cold winter day in the centre of Maastricht. Only observations were no full length mirror in the changing room or an option to place glasses or personal belongings at the shower or sauna areas. Perhaps make sure cleaning staff check before entering the spa as not to disturb guests. With my visit they came in twice unnecessarily and were also loud by the service exit close to saunas. A+ 👍🏻

I had a five-star experience at Sanctum Spa, and I highly recommend it! My visit included a facial, and now I feel like I'm floating on cloud nine. My second visit to Sanctum Spa was as good as the first. The spa is small but relaxing, clean & well set up. I booked a massage & a facial as well & both were excellent - thanks Diana.

I really like the massage and facial cleaning by a woman who had reddish hair (sorry forgot the name :( ) she was so professional and did an amazing job! My back pain was reduced after this session. Also, I like cozy spa and hammam. Next time I will bring my boyfriend as well!
