Professional, friendly caring

I wad scared to go and actually do something with my acne-prone skin, with active pimples mind you. But Alex made me comfortable and he was very informative. He won't gatekeep stuff. The whole experience is a breeze, and now I can say that I will be a regular customer. And won't trust anybody else with my skin.
