The service provided is really good, the only thing that is frustrating is that the person providing the service is always trying to include additional treatments onto what you have asked for. The package bought was for a haircut, threading & 20min relaxing treatment. The barber was made clear on this by my husband & the receptionist. Besides trying to push a facial, he also tried to add a "beard trim" to the bill. Thankfully the receptionist intervened & told him "we told you what the client is here for." Having this happen is really irritating & makes you think twice about coming back.

I'm someone who is at the bottom of the list for salon procedures. I've neglected my face for the longest time. Went in for DR. Renaud's facial..Bhumika was so gentle and patient and didn't even mind the tedious task one bit. In my experience salons are like therapy sesh with the only difference being negative feedback. But at ombre they make you feel comfortable, take care of you and are there for you. No unnecessary marketing and selling and unwarranted comments. Thanks for reinstituting my faith in good salons!

Best Salon in Dubai

My experience at Luci Luna salon was amazing! The staff are very polite, providing great customer service and I've been back twice for a blowdry with Michael the hair dresser. He's experience and quality of work is one of the best I've ever had. Highly recommended when your in Dubai downtown next looking for a make over and a bit of luxury at an affordable price, it's definitely the place to go. 10/10 🤩
