I had the most amazing experience with Daiva at Skin Loft! Her facial massage was incredible; I honestly left looking years younger, with brighter skin and feeling completely refreshed, just in time for the new academic year. The end of the holidays can feel a little depressing, but her magic hands truly lifted me. This hidden gem in Kensington Olympia deserves so much more recognition. I really enjoyed my bespoke facial with Olivia. There was a lot of care and time put into the facial including a pre facial question guide to help communicate the things i would like to work on and any concerns i had with my skin, it was clear Olivia had taken the time to read through this and tailor my experience/products accordingly. This was not simply just an apply products and send you on your way type of facial, there were multiple phases, no rushing, both facial, arm, neck and upper back massage! I left with my skin feeling both relaxed and invigorated at the same time. 100% rebooking

The service and atmosphere were outstanding! Audrey was incredibly accommodating and welcoming, making me feel at ease from the start. The 360 Wellness Combi (massage and facial) was so refreshing and exactly what I needed—it truly made my week!

I am very pleased with my experience and highly recommend Gala. She is an experienced specialist, professional, confident in her recommendations with a personal approach. I did the Ocean Signature facial procedure, I am pleased with the result after the procedure, and the hand facial massage was amazing. I will definitely come again to try different procedures and of course a hand facial massage.

I went for a long overdue massage and facial with the lovely Charis. The whole experience was wonderful, I felt like I was floating and very light. Charis is very experienced and has great passion for what she does and this is reflected in the treatments she gives. Charis took the time to explain some stuff to me, she has a wealth of knowledge. I left there with my next treatment booked and I am really looking forward to it, worth every penny. So if you are looking for some self care and pampering she is the lady for the job.

Friendly welcome with a nice calm environment. Vanessa did a fantastic hydra facial. She goes an extra mile to make sure she gives the best treatment with the extra hydration that my skin needed. She also adviced me on which serum is best suited for my concerns. I also had lymphatic massage. It was just the correct pressure and I felt lighter and refreshed. It was another lady called Joe? My facial and deep tissue massage were great, Monika is lovely and I left feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. I also had eyebrow threading and tint, it was my first time and I was surprised at how happy I was - prefect.

I had 2 treatments wood therapy massage and a facial. I was extremely impressed with both my treatments. I also had a treatment trial of acupuncture OMG i felt the difference immediately i would totally recommend acupuncture. I have a fear of needles but honestly didn't feel any of them. I am definitely booking the full acupuncture treatment also I'm gonna try the vaginal steaming. Charis has blessed hands the ambience, all top tier. Thank you again Charis I feel like a new person.

Hands down the best facial I’ve ever had. It truly was a holistic experience. I usually find it hard to fully relax, but the cosy environment, soothing music, grounding scents, and Emily’s healing hands made it possible. My skin is still glowing hours later, and it’s so reassuring to know that only the best products were used. The highlights for me were the facial cupping, the gua sha, and the neck & shoulder massage (areas often overlooked in facials but so important!). Thank you, Emily, for such a wonderful treatment.
