I just had my first-ever facial, and the Basic Clean & Clear Facial was the perfect choice! The whole experience was so relaxing and left my skin feeling refreshed and glowing. The deep cleanse and gentle exfoliation made my skin feel incredibly smooth, and the serum and moisturizing mask were super hydrating. I especially loved the LED light therapy—it felt like such a luxury and made my skin look noticeably brighter. The studio is clean and quiet. the aesthetician explained every steps before touching my face. NO hard selling nor pushing any products or services..Tips is not required. You can treat your lovely friends with a basic(or special) facial as a birthday /wedding/ mother- to- be /Xmas gift.

Just went there for my facial this morning. Once I step in, a very warm greeting to check in for my appointment. As I was the first time customer, they will ask in details in regards to my medical background and concern for my face . No hard selling at all during the treatment and also let me know step by step of what kind of procedures that they are doing. Will definitely go back to do other treatments in near future and also bring more friends to their clinic .

來加拿大已兩年，今天是我第一次在這裡做facial。因為最近皮膚非常乾燥，朋友便推薦我到 Young & Grace 試做 facial treatment。 店主 Veronica 和美容師 May 非常細心，耐心聆聽我的皮膚狀況，並仔細檢查後，為我推薦了適合我的療程 - 韓國電動微針玻璃肌。 在療程過程中，May一邊操作一邊詳細解釋每個步驟，也貼心提醒我可能會有輕微刺痛感。不過實際上過程一點也不刺痛，反而令我非常放鬆，我甚至感覺皮膚在大量吸收水份！療程完成後照鏡子一看，皮膚變得水潤透亮，有光澤，效果真的超驚喜！ May 還細心提醒我回家要加強保濕，外出要記得塗防曬。讓我感到他的專業和關懷。 非常感謝 Young & Grace 的細心又貼心的服務，已經開始期待下一次的療程了！

I had my first visit to Young and Grace last Friday, and it was truly a wonderful experience. The clinic was clean, vibrant, and had such a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Veronica and May were incredibly kind and attentive, taking the time to really listen to my skincare concerns. Veronica suggested starting with a basic facial cleansing, which felt like the right choice. May was so gentle and caring during the facial, and they even went above and beyond to point out some of my skin issues, offering helpful advice. I left feeling refreshed and already can’t wait for my next visit!

Just had a Rejuran Skin Rejuvenation facial and I’m loving the results! The entire treatment used authentic Korean Rejuran products—my skin feels smoother, looks more radiant, and has a healthy glow. Highly recommend it!
