The experience was very professional and calming. The space is nice. The analysis machine is quite helpful also. Nonetheless, I would expect for the price of the facial that the extractions would be better done.

I am a little cautious and nervous about visiting new places for facials - lots of what ifs. However, Jamie was great. A super, detailed analysis of my face and so knowledgeable when discussing my needs. My Korean Facial that followed was so relaxing. I really enjoyed it and my skin felt so, so cleansed afterwards. So so soft and fresh. Thank you so much to Jamie and the very friendly reception ladies. A great experience and I will be back.

I had a wonderful experience at Casa Aire Wellness & will definitely be returning! I had the bespoke Korean facial. The digital skin analysis beforehand was fascinating & informative – it showed all of my problem areas in depth, & the therapist took her time taking me through each area whilst also suggesting ways to improve. The facial was excellent, with each step customised for my skin - I love the results. Also, a big shoutout to the incredibly comfortable beds, and I loved the calming touch of the sound bowl at the beginning and end. The eye for detail makes CAW standout in the region!

Had a good first Bespoke Korean facial with Dr. Fernanda but the next one was with another staff and I felt like the treatment was rushed and was not done thoroughly. Nena though did a great job with the Zen Hair Spa. The staffs at the reception Jude and Emily were really nice and made sure I get all the help I need.

I had a facial Korean massage with Huma. I highly recommend her. She explained the process properly at the start and was quite attentive throughout the massage. This place is a little tricky to find. However, once you get there, you are pleasantly suprised. The ambience is serene, staff are welcoming and helpful. You will leave pampered and happy!

Beautiful calming atmosphere, the receptionist was very warm and welcoming. The lady offering drinks was very accommodating. Huma who did my facial has a great skill set and the overall experience was good but to give constructive feedback is to improve Communication. To make sure to prepare the client when about to do something painful, to check on the client when doing a procedure that is painful. To inform the client even before the procedure of the steps or quietly prompt during the procedure so it is not a surprise.

Brand new facility, super polite staff, excellent equipment. I did the Korean facial, including a detailed skin analysis, and it was great. I got the facial process explained before; during the facial, though, it would have been great to know what is happening next (now I am going to do XYZ, it might be a bit cold, and now I am going to do XYZ, it might be a bit tingling, etc.). The price is somewhat on the higher end, but the overall experience was good, and I will go again.
