She was professional, thorough, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the process. The wax used was gentle on my skin, and I barely felt any discomfort. The entire experience was quick, efficient, and relatively painless. My skin felt smooth and soft afterward, and I left the salon feeling confident and refreshed. I had the Elemis pro glow smooth facial with the galvanic and high frequency add on due to my inability to be decisive in which treatment i wanted with the time I had avaliable. My face looks like I'm 21 again. I loved the facial and results so much I've booked in to have it once a month. The effects of teaching and the 18 hour days have been replaced with a youthful glow. I've been to so many different places for waxing over the years and have never been 100% happy with it (I do it professionally myself so I'm really hard to please!) I will never go anywhere else again, just a fantastic service, she's such a perfectionist with it and so friendly, really puts you at ease in what could be a really awkward situation (intimate waxing!) Highly highly recommended xx

Another great experience. Rosie talked me through what to expect from todays visit before even making a start. She gave me advice on what would work for me, love this as never had that at other salons. We even discussed my next visit. Watched all the girls working hard and still with a smile on their faces. Great team. Visiting the hairdressers doesn’t feel like such a chore here. Thank you 😊

I had the best hydrafacial today by Elda. She adapts her approach to your skin type explaining everything and gives advice on how to care for your skin. I also had some waxing done. She is very professional and the shop is very welcoming and clean. 5 stars definitely!

after a last minute cancellation hours before my holiday Sarah run to my rescue! Squeezing me at no bother and giving me the best waxing experience ever! She was so lovely and put me at ease straight away I cannot recommend her enough and I will be as a new returning customer.

A sensational facial. I have never had such an indulgent treatment. I must of had ten+ products on my face, steam and ultra sonic treatment. All set within a beautiful clean, relaxing environment. I was made to feel relaxed and comfortable. (The heated beds are also a lovely touch). Elda was professional and attentive.
