Katie is absolutely lovely and instantly makes you feel relaxed and comfortable. The waxing was quick and as painless as possible, and the results are perfect! The massage afterwards was the cherry on top. Honestly, the best I’ve ever had. I’ll definitely be coming back regularly. The lovely Megan did a Korean lash lift for me, it was my first time having a Korean lift and also my first time meeting Megan. She was super friendly and made me feel completely at ease. Megan took the time to explain the difference between an LVL and a Korean lift, and also went through the aftercare with me. She even provided a small bottle of castor oil and a spoolie, which was such a thoughtful touch. Thank you so much, Megan. I’ll definitely be seeing you again soon for a refresh✨!

I had never had a facial before so didn't know what to expect but the whole experience was so relaxing. I felt so held and cared for - Sasha paid so much attention to every part of my face and the facial massage made me relax muscles I didn't know I had. I always look forward to my appointment with Daniel Rymer. Even during these weird times you get an outstandingly friendly welcome, awesome Covid-security measures, including temperature checks, face masks, freshly sanitised gown and a automated hand sanitiser station. I've had haircuts with Daniel now for nearly two years and I can't imagine how I managed before! Dog lovers will love the addition of little Alfie hiding downstairs too!

Amazing experience, on paper it may look like a type of facial but it is far more than that. I end up becoming completely relax and towards the end I pass out almost asleep and the body so relaxed it feels heavy and difficult to move afterwards, it is the best feeling ever and my face always ends up looking fresh, glowing and toned, especially after a few sessions. Who would have thought a facial like this could affect the whole body. Love it! And Katie is superb at what she does!! ❤️

My experience at TBH has always been a positive one! The girls are so down to earth and welcoming, and never short of having a giggle with their customers - “beauty besties” is how I’d describe them! They’re online booking system is brilliant and rescheduling an appointment is just as simple! I also feel their booking terms are fair! Ive been for my lashes and tan and never had an issue, hoping to start my waxing and facial journeys with them in the not too distant future too! x

Love my sculpt facial treatment, it’s very relaxing and soothing and you do see results of face looking more define, the removal of small excess of fluid around eyes, cheeks and jaw line. I have this treatment every 8 weeks, it can take a couple of session to really notice the benefits and effects, I suffer with fluid retention due to kidney disease, which could mean my experience my differ to the norm, I love the outcome and would hate to go without now.

Sasha is so wonderful. I regularly go for sugar waxing which is always 10/10. This time I added on a facial ahead of my wedding and it was by far the best facial I’ve ever had. Beautiful products, relaxing atmosphere and skin came out feeling soft and plump. Highly recommend.
