Shri was wonderful !! It's always a little daunting to have threading or waxing done, but Shri was professional, efficient and lightning fast. It was over as soon as possible and as painlessly as possible. The tinting of my eyebrows was perfect - just a natural brown and a more natural effect than the glam look that is popular. It was perfect for this Grandma and I totally appreciated it. Shri was only too happy to do exactly what I required. I didn't feel like I was a little old or out of fashion - it was all about what I wanted. Thank you Shri.

Fantastic cut by Connie as always! One of very few hairdressers I have come across who has the skill to consistently style cut my thick wavy hair - a cut so good it sits really well for months on end. A truly skilled hairdresser not only technically - also listens to what you want, is thoughtful in considering what may suit you and your hair type.

First time experience for my husband having whole face threaded and waxed. A painful experience but was handled by both ladies with compassion and expertise. Thank you.

I only trust Mishel with my eyebrow sculpting. She gets it perfect everytime. She is so gentle and precise with her waxing and I always feel so relaxed in her care. She also is a very talented mua I come in looking like a zombie and leave feeling beautiful always. She understands my brief and recommends new looks for me that I love. Janelle is very professional, kind and highly skilled. Her rooms are very clean and the towels are fresh and soft. I am using the Berry Remedy that Janelle makes on site and I find it goes on smooth, non greasy and my face feels increasingly revitalised, brighter and firmer.
