Coming here was my first time ever getting lash extension. They were done by Lisa. I got 2D volume with Wispy in the Cat Eye style. I don't have black eye lashes, she was able to match my brown. The bed is comfortable and you are provided a cushion for your knees which is great for your lower back, as well as a cozy blanket. During the application I did not feel any pain or burning. The entire process was easy - even relaxing, I think I even caught myself falling asleep once or twice! 10/10 would recommend :)

The lash techs are wonderful and patient. I came in for the anime lash style and later realized it was too thick. They accomodated me for another appointment and changed the style to what I wanted no problem. I'll definitely be a recurring customer as they listened to what I wanted!

Always such a treat to get my lashes done because it’s so peaceful and relaxing! The space is clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. Their costumer service is amazing! I’ve been booking with Queen Lash since the beginning of the year and have not been disappointed once! This is by far my best eyelash experience because they don’t talk a lot so you get to rest and relax nor do I ever feel uncomfortable. Their professionals leave you looking gorgeous without the pain or burning from using too much product. Do yourself a favor and book an appointment, you will love it!

Always consistent, always amazing and leaving happy. I never have to worry. I always know my lashes are gonna be perfect. This is my 6th time going to Queena and every time I go, I get exactly what I ask for. The ladies are amazing. I’ve gotten my lashes done by all three lash techs and they are always gentle and kind. I always show them examples of what I want and they always confirm with me before beginning. My lashes always last 3+ weeks with proper care.

I have gotten my lashes done here twice now with Lisa. Both times were different styles and both times she beyond delivered. She's amazing and being in the location while others got their lashes done too, I could tell all the lash stylists really listen to what you want.
