Lala is the best beauty salon in Lower Hutt. I come here for all my beauty needs and have never been left disappointed. They are all highly skilled and are such lovely beauticians. You have to try the head spa such an amazing relaxing experience!! Thank you Lala you are the best!!

Helen was so gentle!!! Honestly I've had so many lash techs pull at my eyelashes and it was painful but Helen was great. The last tech I had somewhere else also ruined my natural lashes so Helen did her best to fix them. I won't be going anywhere else now. 100% recommend.

Mostly fine but had a difficult experience with eye lash tinting - itchy eyes & the feeling there was a cobweb in my vision. Also came away with black smudging under eyes.

Amazing, gentle and conscientious beauty technician. Gave the best eyelash tint (looks like eyeliner applied!) and always the most gentle and thorough waxing. Highly recommend!

Chi and the team were fabulous! I wanted a change in hair colour but wasn't sure what. Chi helped me decided on what would look good - and it turned out amazing. Lovely sitting in the massage chair while waiting for dye and the head massage when hair was washed was also fantastic. Definitely the only hairdressers I'm going to from now on.

I love my Tuesday lash appointments with Tiffany! They are absolutely fabulous! Tiffany makes the whole experience so incredibly relaxing & is always so gentle. I nearly always fall asleep! She is a highly experienced technician, and I am always truly delighted with the result. She always does truly beautiful lashes and they last! I am never disappointed. Thank you, Tiffany!

I’ve always had good experiences here. Today was no exception. Puja was running late but they contacted me which I appreciate, it was only a couple of minutes and you know what the appointment finished well before it needed to because the efficiency was great - I even added in another service and Puja put that in no problems. I got my toes done and I am really happy with the shape. The colour was neutral grey so I hope I can try more of their colours

Kristal is fantastic. I went to so many places trying to get my brows to look good. Kristal is a total professional with her advice and sorted one droopy eyebrow out for me. Now I go every 4 weeks for a colour and shape. She is the master at threading.
