Annie is a breathe of fresh air, as well as being incredibly knowledgeable in her trades. Annie was very professional and the saline was spotlessly clean. I had my brows microbladed and they are the best they've ever looked. The first time I had them done (somewhere else) they were too dark, they hurt for weeks and were thick with scabs. This time, even though I bled a little during the process, I didn't get a single scab during healing. The colour is perfect and the shape is too. Ive found my forever brow person and Id recommend anyone...she's brilliant!

Lash lift was seamless, no chemical in eyes like I have with others and it was actually really relaxing and not uncomfortable at all. I was super indecisive with nail colours and patterns and ruby was so patient and throwing ideas around with me and accommodating last min pics from insta!
