She really knows her stuff and in fact she took the time to understand my skin concerns, explained everything clearly, and even educated me on how to care for my skin long term. I appreciated how comfortable she made me feel throughout the facial, and she went above and beyond to make sure I left feeling confident and refreshed. Loved her product recommendations too! I had such a great experience getting my balayage done! My stylist Elly really listened to what I wanted and absolutely nailed it. The blend is seamless, the colour looks natural and bright, and my hair feels healthy. I couldn’t be happier with the results and will definitely be coming back.
