Loretta was lovely, I had quite damaged hair so I came in for a deep conditioning and she brushed my tangles so delicately which I was really appreciative for. The only reason it wasn't 5 star was because my sensitive skin had a reaction to the lash tinting. It was my first time so I don't blame the salon at all.

I don’t how but Holly made my skin look so flawless, I showed her a pic and she done it better. I get make up done a lot (weekly) whether it’s for dinners, nights out or holidays and I’ve never had make up like it, it was unreal 10/10!

I booked a deep tissue massage . The massage therapist was qualified enough to get my pain points, and tried to release my knots and applied the right amount of pressure throughout the session. I appreciate how she listened to my issues and tailored the service accordingly.

I'm so happy with the outcome of my eyelash extension. First, I was actually hesitant as I've been in other salons. I paid 300AED just for eyelashes, and they only last for 1 week. With the overall result, I'm amazed, Lina the Vietnamese lady is so accommodating, and she will not start til you guys agree on what lashes and the style; she will explain 1st everything what the cons of having the length or style you will choose so you won't be surprised on the result. She's really nice and never lets me go until we're done before she accommodates another client.

Have been going to this Sasha branch now for over 10years . Always welcoming and Terry who has been doing my nails all this time is excellent and very professional in her technique One thing I would like to point out about the recent renovation and furniture is they are not customer friendly! The work tables have a shelf underneath which is very low therefore you are unable to sit at the table comfortably without banging your knees so you have to sit at an angle which is uncomfortable. The chairs covered in plastic make you sweat I always ask to sit on a towel !!!!

I had a consultation with the creative stylist Sophia and felt like a princess, throughout my whole visit. The comfy chairs at the washing station were like being in your armchair. The attention to detail to offer a sublime experience were 10/10. Thank you 🤩
