2nd time to Ms. Anna she is absolutely great and looking to what the customer wants. I am amazed how she handle my lashes and eyebrows. There might a language barrier but she nailed it. And using translation to be able me to understand. Definitely I highly recommended her and the spa as well.

I booked the weekend waxing offer (full legs, full arms, and underarms) with Chamo, and it was my first time visiting the salon. The team was professional and flexible, and the place was very clean and well-organized. Chamo patient, friendly, and made sure to meet my requirements and she used 2 different types of wax depending on the area, which I really appreciated because it showed care and attention to detail. The session was fast and surprisingly pain-free — especially since I have low pain tolerance. Overall, I’m very happy with the service and would definitely recommend it!

I had hair treatments with Roda💖 she is the excellent. Honestly speaking previously I had not a very good experience with facial and I was not planning to come back again! but when Roda did my hair and my nails last time, She completely changed my opinion about the spa. I end up buying full package of hair treatment. SHE IS THE BEST definitely I’m coming back again, thank you her 💕

Chamo was superb! She has exceptional skill and very caring, her wax is the best I've ever had, using soft organic banana wax for delicate areas and honey for legs. The after wax oil she used was very soothing. Jane did an exceptional job on my hair with avocado treatment, highly recommended. I'll be back for Momi and the tai massage next... 369 is really the friendliest, most client-centred salon in Muscat!

I tried the spa pedicure and classic manicure, and I loved the service and the staff's precision. The staff was friendly and cheerful. I appreciated that even though it is during Eid days and salons are usually packed, this place managed appointments perfectly. I was seen right on time, and they started with the next client exactly at their scheduled time. This made the salon atmosphere more relaxed and calm, allowing the staff to focus fully on each client without rushing. I loved their services, clean and precise work, and I'll definitely be back many times.

I visited the spa for the first time, this is the most amazing experience i have ever had. The services were excellent, the staff were so friendly and I finished fast. I did halawa by Bella she was very fast and very excellent 👌 I did Delka by Maryam she was very nice and her hand is sooo light and for sure i will come to do for full body😍! I did manicure with Selen she was very professional 😍 and last I did pedicure with mayre ( i hope i wrote her name correctly 😂) she was amazing! i love my foot feeling now and finished by bella ♥️😍 thank you for the great experience
