I had my eyelashes and eyebrows tinted by Gina and her work was excellent and she was very attentive. I also had a manicure which was great. The only point of contention was that the staff were constantly talking to each other in Chinese (?), which was quite unprofessional.

I was with Gina again for brows and lash curl and they are perfect as always, Gina knows what you need done even if you don't. I also had my nails done by Maggie today and I absolutely love them.

Fernanda was so helpful and supportive. She listens to your ideas, gives suggestions on possibilities you could try or should be aware of, went through the plan again to make sure we're all on the same page and did exactly that and a great job at it too. Sunita obligingly took my appointment earlier than I had booked as another appointment of mine had fallen through. She did a perfect job on my eyelash tint and is always so pleasant and puts you at your ease. 10 out of 10 yet again!
