Absolutely obsessed with my lash extensions! I love that Karina used brown lashes to match my hair colour, such a thoughtful detail. They look so soft and natural, and after almost a week, not a single lash has fallen. Flawless work!

This is my 2nd visit with Karina for lash extensions and some of my first lashes were still on after 6 weeks! I've had lashes before but never been as good as these, especially in terms of durability. Highly recommend!

I had a brow lamination and henna, plus a lip and chin wax, and I’m so happy with the results! My brows look amazing — full, neat, and natural. The waxing was gentle and left my skin super smooth. The whole experience was really relaxing and professional. I’ll definitely be back!

Went in for a pedicure, bikini wax,eyelash extensions and my brows done. Well Step is great. I've already booked to have my legs waxed and nails done. I've now finally found somewhere to get everything I need doing all in one place with a really nice lady to do it.

I was very late for my appointment, thinking it was 2.00pm, when it was 1.00pm . Steph, was so kind, and still did my eyelashes, even though l completely messed up her day.
