Lydia is without a doubt one of the nicest, most proficient and pleasant hair dressers I have ever come across. Her skill set is amazing from cuts to colour - she listens quietly, explains procedures and predicted outcomes and always manages to make her clients leave the salon feeling like a million dollars! A lovely experience at Beautique in Ryde friendly staff and very welcoming

I was really lucky to get a walk-in appointment. CiCi did my hair, and she was amazing. She listened to what I wanted and created a style to suit the in-between phase my hair was in so that it'll grow out well. All the staff were super friendly and helpful. Added bonus, they're dog friendly! I'll definitely be going back to Level Hair and Beauty in Ryde again. It's always a little daunting going to a new for the first time, plus a long time; but I can definitely recommend giving Level Hair and Beauty a go. I was very happy! They give the perfect natural boost without needing mascara—my lashes look darker, fuller, and beautifully defined from the moment I wake up. The tint is rich and even, and it really enhances my eyes without feeling overdone. The salon itself was absolutely lovely—clean, calming, and beautifully set up, which made the whole experience feel really relaxing and luxurious. The atmosphere instantly put me at ease. What I love most is how low-maintenance they are. No smudging, no clumping, and no daily hassle—just effortlessly gorgeous lashes all day, every day. I’ve had so many compliments,

I felt relaxed straight away and i felt there was a lot of attention to detail. The offer of a lower arm and hand massage whilst waiting for the dye for my eyelash tint to set, was a real bonus. Felt so good i booked another appointment on the way out.

I can’t recommend Sophie enough! She’s so reliable and always responds quickly, going above and beyond to fit you in. My Russian lashes have never looked this amazing – the attention to detail is amazing, they last beautifully for 3 weeks, with no irritation at all. I also had a spray tan which looked flawless and lasted over a week, and my eyebrow wax and tint were perfect – such a lovely shape and shade. Sophie is amazing at what she does!
