Rachal is Absolutely Fabulous, and professional in everything that she does. All procedures are perfectly explained in detail, and carried out with the finest precision. I was extremely impressed 2 weeks ago when I went for my first visit to Ash at Meraki Haus of Beaute. She actually listened to what I wanted then set to work by thoroughly cleaning the eye area before applying the lashes. She is so gentle and I was completely relaxed throughout the process. This lovely young lady totally cares and takes a pride in her work giving the client exactly what they want. I have been back for my infills today and again I'm delighted with the results. The best Lash Technician I have ever been to. Many thanks Ash and see you in 2 weeks x

Such a beautiful salon! 😍 The most perfect lashes by Stacey. She’s literally the best, absolute lash queen. Loved every singe beauty treatment with Holly from Dermaplaning, facial, back massage to henna brows. Couldn’t live without my builder gel nails either! Would definitely recommend HR Treatment Rooms for all things beauty 🤍

Chloe was amazing!! It was my first time going to e-nails and I can honestly say it was the best nail experience I’ve ever had. I had a full set of acrylics with nail art, and they are absolutely perfect and exactly what I requested. I booked my next two infills with Chloe after my appointment - I’ll definitely be continuing to have my nails done here!! Also, the salon is so beautiful and so clean, overall an amazing experience.

Thoroughly enjoyed my treatment with Jackie. I had the full body/facial lymphatic drainage massage and it felt incredible. I’ve already noticed a huge difference in the smoothness of my skin , especially my legs. Definitely recommend!

Once again, another fantastic set of treatments! Firstly, the best massage ever—so relaxing! The ambience was amazing, and the attention to detail was perfect. I also had laser treatment for my pigmentation, which I had been considering for a while but was unsure about. Kim went through every detail, explained everything thoroughly, and put me at ease. I can’t wait to see the results after a few more sessions! Highly recommend!!

What a wonderful salon experience! After spotting a lady at an eatery in Netherton who had these gorgeous eyebrows, I asked her where she got them done and she recommended Kimberley at Kosmetica. I went online immediately and booked my slot for 7pm on Monday. Very convenient as I work full time. Kimberly was a joy and so brilliant. She made my graying eyebrows look amazing. We had such a laugh together too! 100% recommended! X

Another amazing set of lashes by Elizabeth, I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I had my lashes done with Laylah they were anazing and Laylah is so lovely.

Fantastic massage. First time I have ever had a full body hot stone massage and I would definitely have another.

Had a lovely massage and eyebrows done with Jodie today. She is very calm, caring and considerate. I have been coming to Jodie for a long while and wont go anywhere else . She is very good at picking up the vibe - happy to chat and happy to be quiet if that's how the mood takes me. I regularly doze off! I have also been to Layla for waxing and nails, my daughter has been for lash tints and we are always happy with the service. It always feels like a treat and we always feel well looked after. Would recommend ***** five stars 🤩
