Had my hair extensions took out, coloured and put back in today by Shannon! Words can't explain how much I am so happy with the service I got today. My hair has never looked so good! I didn't realise a hair extensions move up wasn't ment to hurt like it did with my previous hair extensions person. Shannon went above and beyond, explaining everything and how to care for my extension properly! So so happy with everything she has done for me 10/10⭐! Definitely will be back !!

Fantastic experience i had a full package full deluxe pedicure toes painted full nails beautiful colours to choose from full body massage classic lashes and eyebrow tint excellent from start to finish felt totaly pampered primal is experienced in everything she does great value for money plus more .can't wait for my next appointment. Would give her 6 🌟

Primal was lovely. First time I've used her salon. My lashes and brows are just as I asked for and no stinging for the 1st time. I've always had this with lash lift and tint at other salons. Gel toes are beautiful. Nothing was too much trouble. Will be back x

I had a backrack and shoulder massage, which was one wonderful. A full body scrub which I would definitely recommend and wouldn't go anywhere else for my eyebrows

Got a last minute appointment for Lash lift and was very happy that I was listened to about the type of lift I wanted . Looks great and I almost fell asleep in the chair . Nice and relaxed

Had my first visit to The Glam Lab and had a haircut with Kiera. From the moment I walked in both girls present made me feel very welcome and were full of fun. I can honestly say these are the best nails I have ever done in a salon and I have visited a lot in hartlepool. If you are thinking of booking, do it. She also does a lot of other treatments, I am definitely going to have a luxury pedicure

Amazing service again! Had booked for infill but due to illness etc, I had to get a full set of builder nails again but I didn’t mind as it was my own fault. Love how strong my nails feel and the service I got today was outstanding! I will keep coming back!
