Tracey was so professional, explaining the process clearly and making sure I was comfortable the whole time. Today was my first time going to Tracey. I came to have my eyelash extensions removed as I’ve had them on for a while now. I’ve been looking for days for someone to remove them for me as I hardly had any ok both eyes anyway. She was very friendly to talk to, messaged back pretty quick and was able to fit me in today even though I messaged about it this morning. 🥺 I’m so grateful and so so happy, thank you so much again. I know it’s nothing special, but I was desperate for them to be taken off now I’m so happy I can see my natural lashes again. Will definitely recommend you to other people.

Tracey is a lovely kind and exceptional lash artist. I’ve been a client for just over a year now and I can’t imagine trusting anyone else with my very frail lashes. She’s managed to boost my confidence and give me lashes after years of feeling like there’s no point even wearing mascara. I have very fine and short lashes because of my Chinese heritage. Her services are very professional and very friendly, she’s a legend! Highly recommended.

Had the best experience for cheek filler. Jessica is so welcoming and friendly and really listened to the look I was going for. Everything was explained fully. Will definitely be back for more treatments. The aftercare is excellent as well and I feel comfortable asking any questions I have without being made to feel a nuisance.
