If I could give 11/10 I would. Lauren is not only a true professional but she is friendly, caring, attentive & Always goes above and beyond. She makes me feel safe, always ensuring I have the full information regarding any procedures to help me make an informed choice. Her prices are reasonable and she is just amazing. Steph is amazing at what she does, I’ve been going to her for nearly 4 years now and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. She’s so friendly and welcoming. Her conservatory set up is beautiful too, always full of gorgeous plants, music and the most incredible seasonally decorated tree! It’s such a lovely experience all round and always feels like a proper little treat :)
