If I could give 11/10 I would. Lauren is not only a true professional but she is friendly, caring, attentive & Always goes above and beyond. She makes me feel safe, always ensuring I have the full information regarding any procedures to help me make an informed choice. Her prices are reasonable and she is just amazing. I would always go to her place for beauty treatments and I can't recommend her any higher than I do. Steph is amazing at what she does, I’ve been going to her for nearly 4 years now and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. She’s so friendly and welcoming. Her conservatory set up is beautiful too, always full of gorgeous plants, music and the most incredible seasonally decorated tree! It’s such a lovely experience all round and always feels like a proper little treat :)
