Phenomenal! Sheila is so fun and personable. This was my first time getting lash extensions and I could not have picked a better aesthetician. The office is clean, neat, and chic. The room where she did the procedure was warm and cozy. I fell asleep during the process! 11/10, A+++, will absolutely recommend! THANKS AGAIN!!

My second time at Bewitched just today. The first was for my wedding social 3 weeks ago I had my eyebrows, nails and eyelashes done. I went back for an eyelash extension fill. Very clean comfortable welcoming place all the staff very friendly and did an excellent job. I will be visiting on a regular basis. I had some unexpected unfortunate events Happen for my original appointment yesterday I had to cancel. They were very understanding and quick to help me make a new appointment for the following day. Thank you all Highly recommend this boutique ❤️

Sheila is a really lovely lady! I recommend her services! Her sugaring is fast and she is thorough. She also makes you feel relax with the vibe of the place. The new place might be a maze, but enter through the side door, go up and the 205 to your right.

Upon arriving to this chic, modern and emaculate establishment, I was immediately impressed! Shiela is personable, genuinely friendly, authentic, and very professional. I felt comfortable and at ease. The Brazilian waxing was impeccable. I highly recommend a visit to Urban Serenity, and once you do ,you won't want to go anywhere else! Jeannette was wonderful! I had lash extensions done for the first time, she eased my mind of all my concerns the minute I walked through the door. She explained step-by-step and is very gentle to the touch. Great conversation and it was really nice to get a little nap in too! Kristine is professional while at the same time being warm and personable. I have had my eyelashes done about a dozen times, Kristine has done the best job if about 7 different people I have seen. They look the most natural and cleanly attached, no glue appearing thicker along any lashes. Her studio is clean with beautiful modern fixtures.
