The attention to detail Chantelle has meticulously put into each set of lashes she’s done for me is second to none! She’s a delightful mix of raw humour, down-to-Earth warmth, empathy, professionalism, a bit naughty, and a fabulous lash tech! And on the one occasion I booked when she wasn’t available, Demi also impressed on making my lashes luscious! Thank you both for doing what you do so well. So glad I finally stepped into this little studio. It’s a definite 5/5 from me 😉

It was my first time ever having lash extensions, and Tia took the time to reassure and educate me about the whole process. She took her time in making sure I was comfortable and engaged in conversation, while also being really efficient at attaching the lashes, and the whole process took less than an hour. Thankyou!

Teaghan is gorgeous and did a superb set of lashes for me. The retention has been awesome, I haven’t had any casualties since my appointment. The set is so full and symmetrical and I’m really impressed. I have been receiving lots of compliments on my lashes. Thank you so much I’ll be back in a couple weeks for my refill xx

Kailey did an amazing job on my hybrid lash extensions! She was so welcoming, professional, and made me feel comfortable the whole time. The attention to detail was incredible. My visit to Waterlily Beauty & Makeup Studio, today, was wonderful. Sheldan and Kiana, my 2 therapists, were both lovely lady's. Sheldan looked after me for my facial, lash and brow tint which were very relaxing. Kiana did my full body massage with great attention to the required pressure, was very smooth and had good firm hands for this treatment. Kiana also did my pedicure which, too, was lovely. All in all, a beautiful 4 hours spent relaxing and being pampered. Thank you Sheldon and Kiana.
