Thi was super sweet and gentle. She did AMAZING work. Im obsessed. It was my first time getting lash extensions done so i was nervous but now i think im gonna have to do this all the time! I pretty much fell asleep, she was pretty quick and there was calming spa music in the background so it was a nice vibe, the chair was super comfy too! Thi has been my lash artist for over a year and I’ve grown to love and respect her so much. She nails my perfect hybrid set every time. She’s gentle, sweet, and makes every appointment comfortable. Her space is clean, sanitary, and the recliner is a dream. I have sensitive, dry eyes, and she’s always careful—no burning or irritation. I get compliments all the time on how natural my lashes look, even at week two—they’re always on point. My husband loves them too! She’s the best I’ve been to and I’m not going anywhere else.

I have been getting my lashes done for years in WA state. I had to do a partial fill every week and even then I would come in almost bare. I moved to CA at the end of Aug and looked around online for a lash tech. I have been very happy! I am even able to go every two weeks with her work, I have never been able to do that. Her chair is comfortable and she takes her time to use the fan and makes sure the glue is dry so it doesn’t irritate your eyes. I would highly recommend her!

Thi was so amazing and very professional!!! I had no sleep the night prior but it was relieving to know that all I had to do was sit in a chair and relax, I even dozed off lol! I recently had the pleasure of visiting Thi for lash extensions, and she truly went above and beyond. Despite being 10 minutes late, Thi was waiting for me at the door and even texted me to drive safely—a thoughtful gesture that set the tone for my entire experience. Her studio has a great ambiance—clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. The chair was so comfortable that I dozed off a couple of times. Thi even offered me a blanket, and I swear, if I had taken it, I would have fallen into a deep sleep! My whole experience was amazing. Thi was courteous, kind, and professional throughout.
