I visited Kayla today and what a lovely lovely lady! She is also incredibly talented, I was so nervous to get my eyebrows tattooed but she eased my nerves and talked me through every step. The end result is exactly what I wanted, and they’re not even healed yet!! Thank you so much for working your magic, I will shout to everyone about you doing my brows 🫶🏼

Sasha was ready for me when I arrived. Her room is quiet, private and clean. I had a brow wax and gel polish. She had lots of colours to choose from and took great care in applying the polish with a great result. A lovely relaxing 1.5 hrs.

Thanks to Paige who was able to do my waxing in super quick time as I’d misremembered my appointment time - still a great service even though I asked her to rush 😊

Sacha is really lovely and put me at ease straightaway. I have had a couple of pedicures, a lash lift and tint and eyebrow wax and tint. It was a really positive experience and the results are amazing. I will definitely be a returning customer. Can't recommend highly enough.

I was very happy with my nails and the waxing I had done as usual. I find small talk very hard so I apologise if I came across as rude for not being very talkative, I would have definitely responded if conversation had been started with me. But it was very relaxing anyway. I did get two small nics or grazes when my nails were being shaped, I am not too bothered about this as it's a simple accident within the process, however they are still stinging about 7 hours later which hasn't been very comfortable unfortunately. But overall I'm happy with my experience again.

My 2nd visit and another lovely and welcoming experience. Had my eyebrows, lip and chin waxed. I was very happy with the result. Then had my first ever set of acrylic nails done. Georgia was so patient with me, letting me see the process and change my mind until I was happy with the result. I'm really pleased with the colours we chose and love the little hearts that were painted on. The best nails I've ever had!

I came in to have my nails done and eyebrows, lip and chin waxed. I was very apprehensive about coming as it has been a few years since I have had any kind of beauty treatments done and I have found some places can be quite patronising towards people who do not regularly keep up with their beauty treatments, however that was not the case here. From the moment I arrived I was made to feel like I was welcome, everyone was so friendly and conversation flowed easily which made me feel a lot more relaxed. I was incredibly happy with my manicure and wax and will definitely be back in the future.
