I had a lovely experience with lunch first at the restaurant followed by an amazing 1 hour facial, back, neck and head massage by Cloe who is very good at what she does. The only drawback was the pool area was very crowded and noisy.

I've been having waxes with Michaela for about 4 months now. I'm really noticing a difference in hair growth & the wax is pretty much painless. I'll never go back to a razor! I used to suffer from really bad ingrown hairs & irritation, that's eased off so much since waxing & keeping up with the aftercare. Plus I love the chats! I decided to try intimate wax because shaving was irritating my skin, Kim was the most perfect choice I could wish for. She made me feel at ease and comfortable. Her knowledge and explanation of the process was great, she is definitely a master in her field. Waxing itself went smooth (pun intended!) I had very good experience and my skin feels amazing. It was not pain free, however it’s literally seconds and the results are incredible and so worth it. I’m so happy I won’t ever have to shave again, wish I’d done it sooner. Thank you so much Kim! 😊

I had a massage, gel manicure and waxing all by the Spa Therapist Lily. Lily was an absolutely amazing therapist. The massage was so relaxing, it enabled me to slow down which I usually find it very hard to do. Also, the quality of waxing and manicure was amazing as well. Such a pleasant and kind manner. When you arrive, Kim makes you feel extremely welcome, explains everything what happens in your appointment. She is highly professional and also can have a great conversation with as well.
