I had a Japanese Tsuboki facial with Adele and it was a wonderful experience. Adele was professional, welcoming, and made me feel completely at ease from the moment I arrived. I had a wonderful full body aromatherapy massage with Adele at Cove Holistics. Adele took the time to tailor the treatment to exactly what I needed and blended the aromatherapy oils to suit my individual needs, which made the whole experience feel really personal and thoughtful. The massage itself was incredibly relaxing, with just the right pressure throughout. I left smelling lovely,feeling refreshed, and far less tense both physically and mentally. Really lovely experience. Liza was very professional from start to finish and completed an eyebrow wax and tint on myself. I've got very uneven eyebrows with gaps but Liza talked through the process and took me step by step with what she was doing. I'm so happy I don't have to draw my eyebrows in anymore! Thanks Liza xx
