Honestly awesome. I was worried that when I moved to Glasgow, I wouldn't find a brow artist that did the type of brows I wanted. I love that she explained everything to me, the who's, what's, and why's. When I had by brows done previously, I had nothing explained to me and trusted the process. Although my brows were great before, they're even better now! Will be back for my annual touch up for sure.

Sasha was lovely and friendly, her room is very nice with a really calming and relaxing vibe. I had a 1hr full body massage and it was one of the best messages I’ve had, she has a great technique. She is really accommodating too. I would definitely go back and will be recommending to my friends ☺️

Yasi has been doing my nails for about 8 months now, and I just love her work 💜 Half the time I go in with no idea what design I want, and she always has a fresh idea for me, and it’s always gorgeous! I've been getting my lashes lifted and eyebrows waxed with Ina for years. Great quality service as always. The lift lasts for a few months, and my caterpillars (eyebrows) are tamed. Would heartily recommend.

So today I had my very first appointment with Abbi, and I have to say it was one of the best I’ve had. Not only is Abbi, welcoming, super friendly but also amazing at what she does. I left the salon feeling like I was on cloud nine, and that was only having a lash lift/tint and a brow wax/tint. I’ve had them done at another salon before but this is definitely the best they’ve ever been done and they look fab. Would I recommend Level Up based on my experience..110% yes! 5 stars isn’t enough…see you in 4weeks😁 xx
