Mel is magic. Completely exceeded my expectations. I usually am really nervous when it comes to getting my hair done, but she made it such a wonderful experience. I felt very well taken care of. She knew what my hair needed and what style would look good. Will definitely be back! Thank you so much.

Took my 7 year old in for a wash cut and blow today which was very reasonable at £25.00 but gave £30 with a tip. Looked great but the only criticism I had was there was no communication the whole time we were in there. When you go to a hairdressers especially in the middle of Loughton or any Essex high street you expect a friendly hairdresser that talks to you. There was no communication with me or my child for the whole appointment, just silence. I would come back again but I’d prefer to be spoken to.

I recently visited this salon and had a fantastic experience! The staff was friendly. Customer service was perfect and my stylist was amazing and really listened to what I wanted and gave me great advice and the products they used made my hair softer and healthier. Definitely would recommend and would come back.
